EPAY & Viet A Bank commit to cooperate for the first time to deploy Identity Authentication Solution - Enhancing service

The signing ceremony of the cooperation contract "Deploying the Customer Identification Authentication and Biometric Collection System" between VAB and EPAY took place in Hanoi, with the participation of Mr. Nguyen Van Trong - General Director of Viet A Bank, Mr. Pham Linh - Deputy General Director of Viet A Bank and the leaders; on EPAY's side, there were representatives Ms. Nguyen Mai Phuong - General Director of EPAY; Mr. Dang Thanh Tuan - Deputy General Director of EPAY and the project team.

At the signing event, Mr. Nguyen Van Trong, General Director of Viet A Bank, stated that this collaboration is not only a new step forward in the field of digital banking, but it also allows Viet A to increase the quality of services for consumers. He also praised this initial collaboration, which will serve as an important foundation and lever for future large-scale project implementation, establishing a long-term partnership between the two parties.

Ms. Nguyen Mai Phuong, CEO of EPAY, also spoke at the event, committing to close strategic cooperation and recognising the chances and potential for future collaboration between the two sides. With the strength of the digital ecosystem in many key areas such as government, banking, healthcare, transportation, etc., EPAY will undoubtedly promote all of its experience and capacity, meet all needs, and effectively apply identification authentication solutions and biometric collection, ensuring the absolute security of the business's customer data.

EPAY is one of the first units approved by the National Population Data Centre - C06, Ministry of Public Security, to connect to the National Population Database system and offer chip-based citizen identification authentication products and services. From the need to apply identification authentication solutions and verify customer information, EPAY has proactively researched and coordinated with C06 - Ministry of Public Security in technology consulting to provide digital solutions, making the most of the utilities as well as the major goals of Project 06, bringing organisations, units, and people the most optimal solutions in terms of user experience and ensuring high security.
