At the current time, EPAY does not charge any fees for: account initiation, service maintenance, depositing money, or withdrawing money from the EPAY electronic wallet.
Deleting the app does not affect the EPAY electronic wallet account and other transaction information because all data is recorded and stored on the server system. As soon as the customer reinstalls the app and logs in, the account information will be restored as before.
EPAY encourages users to verify their account and undergo facial authentication. This helps to:
- Confirm that the user is the rightful owner of the EPAY wallet account.
- Enhance the security of personal information and transaction details within the wallet.
- Minimize fraud, identity theft, money laundering, and other illegal activities.
- Receive additional perks and benefits from EPAY.
Currently, EPAY utilizes OCR technology to verify wallet identification information, and the verification results are available immediately once the user confirms the information on the app. In cases where users make edits to the extracted information, the identification information will be reviewed by the EPAY administration team.
The review process by the EPAY administration team will take place within 24 hours from the moment you complete the information confirmation in the "Account Verification" step of EPAY wallet.
When the personal identification documents expire, customers must update their identification information successfully in order to perform withdrawal, transfer, and payment transactions on the electronic wallet app.
In order to comply with the regulations of the State Bank regarding the requirement for customers to link their bank accounts when using an electronic wallet, the purpose is to ensure the rights and assets of customers when using the service.
Customers can use the "Change Phone Number" feature to change the registered phone number associated with their wallet account. Once the phone number has been successfully changed, customers can log in to the wallet account using the new phone number while retaining the same account status and information. At that point, customers can proceed to link multiple banks as usual.
